Every other veteran site hands you a list and asks you to translate yourself. This one already has your file — what Texas owes you, who's asking for your code, and who pays for the last mile.

THE FULL CROSSWALK HOLDS 13,274 CODES ACROSS SIX BRANCHES · THIS PREVIEW CARRIES {{ demoCount }} · A CODE MISSING HERE IS A PREVIEW LIMIT, NEVER A VERDICT ABOUT YOUR SERVICE
Your file is one thread of an exchange built to move people into work that's already waiting.
founding_up runs a workforce exchange: employers order the capabilities they need, education fills exactly the gap, and scholarships travel with the seat. For a veteran, that means the last mile of a license or certificate is specific, short — and often already funded.
1
Your training, read in full
13,274 military codes across six branches — 20,012 crosswalk rows — mapped to civilian work, wages in ten Texas metros, and, code by code as the ledger grows, the license credit Texas already owes you, cited to the deciding agency's own documents.
2
The gap, priced and finite
Where credit falls short, the remainder is a named course with real hours and a real price — never "go back to school." Employers order these exact pieces, which is how the market keeps the training honest.
3
A seat with your name on it
Employers reserve seats and commit scholarships at Draft Day — paid on a schedule their tax advisors shape, no money before the hire, and never a factor in who you're matched with. You see who's asking for your code, by name, with the commitment shown.
WHERE IT RUNS FIRST
An 18-month demonstration, proposed across two Texas A&M corridors
Proposed pilot sites: Texas A&M–Fort Worth and A&M–Central Texas, beside Fort Cavazos — where A&M–Central Texas's Military Talent Pipeline meets soldiers at their first duty station, not at their separation date. Submitted to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness as the Futures Workforce Exchange by Founding Up, Inc., a non-traditional defense contractor validated pursuant to 10 U.S.C. §4022 — evaluation for funding under Other Transaction Authority requested, not granted.
HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS
0
Verified placements. That's the number this exchange exists to move, and we publish it plainly — starting at zero, dated, with nothing softer standing in for it.
Every figure on this page cites a public document or our own counted tables, and where a number doesn't exist yet we say so rather than estimate. Licensing verdicts cite the deciding Texas agency verbatim, last verified August 31, 2026. External demand figures are labeled as such and are never our own order counts.
The demonstration starts with a list of names. Put yours on it.
Veterans on this list hear first as pilot sites open. Employers and universities get the exchange. Either way — one form, no spam, your data goes nowhere else.
